Founded by Phillip Baka, a seasoned Mathematics and Physics educator with over 35 years of teaching experience, our academy is built on the belief that every learner can thrive when given the right support, tools, and motivation.

Meet the Founder: Phillip Baka

Veteran Educator. Master Tutor. Visionary Leader.

Phillip Baka brings over 35 years of teaching experience in Mathematics and Physics to the academy. Throughout his career, he has guided thousands of students to academic success — including six students who ranked first in South Africa in the Cambridge Physics Examinations (two at IGCSE level and four at A-Level between 2010 and 2017).

Mr. Baka is also an experienced examiner, having contributed to the assessment and moderation of international curricula. His leadership experience spans multiple strategic roles, including:
